Allan Rambaran graduated summa cum laude from St. John's University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting. Allan began his career with Ernst & Young L.L.P., where he worked as a staff accountant in the international tax division. During his tenure, Allan prepared tax returns and income tax provisions for large foreign banks and multinationals doing business in the United States. Additionally, Allan was responsible for researching various tax issues for his clients' tax return. Allan's major clients at Ernst & Young consisted of Rabobank, Nederland, Credit Lyonnais and Bank of Scotland.
Subsequent to his public accounting experience, Allan was employed as a Manager of Financial Reporting at GreenPoint Bank for approximately six years.
In 1997 Allan joined forces with Louis to form AOUS and is currently responsible for managing all of AOUS's operating, corporate taxation and treasury activities.
