Louis M. Eustache, CPA, President & CEO

In 1997, Louis established Account-On-Us Services, Inc. to provide both permanent and temporary outsourcing services in the areas of accounting, taxation and finance. As the most senior manager of AOUS, Louis is in charge of managing all of the financial accounting and operational services offered to AOUS clients.

Louis graduated from St. Johns University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting. Louis began his career with Arthur Andersen L.L.P., where he served as an Audit Associate in the Enterprise Group and as an Audit Senior in the Contract Audit Services division. In these capacities, Louis focused on providing financial audit, internal audit and project management services to Fortune 500 Companies. Louis' project management services consisted of re-engineering of operational processes and identifying and implementing Global Best Practices. As an Audit Senior, Louis was responsible for the day to day operations of all projects and audits, interaction with clients and supervision of the engagement team.

Louis has been an active member of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. ("NABA") since 1993. At national level of NABA, Louis has served as Treasurer of the Eastern Region Chapters. Whereas, at the regional level, he has held positions such as Director of Community Affairs, Director of Public Relations and Director of Chapter Evaluations. Louis has also served as Vice Chairperson for the Economic Opportunity Council ("EOC") of Glen Cove and Board Member for EOC's Credit Union. Additionally, Louis is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors.

Louis has conducted lectures on economic empowerment at various high schools in the Metro New York area. Currently, Louis is an adjunct professor of accounting at the New York Institute of Technical.
