- SSL enables AOUS’s client related reports to be encrypted and
authenticated while these reports are accessed via the Internet.
This security measure was developed by Netscape and is used extensively for
URL’s that begin with http://.
- Encryption
- A security feature that conceals the meaning of the
message and protects it from unauthorized viewing and tampering.
This function is a standard feature of the SSL embedded in our
technology.

- Fire Wall
- A combination of hardware and software that separates a
Local Area Network ("LAN") into two
or more parts for security purposes.

- Assigned Passwords
- All clients are assigned passwords by AOUS’s
system administrators.
Additionally, all inactive use of your personal account for an extended
period of time will trigger our automatic log-out feature and will require
that you re-enter the confidential password. Client should not provide their confidential
passwords to unauthorized users. Furthermore, individual passwords
should be recorded on secured data.

- All client related reports posted to AOUS’s
secured client related accounts cannot be physically manipulated.
